I noticed an increasing number of comments and queries about Slenda and Slendance here. Last night I saw Mhaya’s comment about me and Slenda inspiring her to loose weight. It made my day.
So from now on this will be our thread where we can share your stories, questions and answers with regard to Slenda and Slendance and of course losing weight.

Be sure to participate with our discussion! I will be hanging out here a lot when I have free time.

Hi there!
I miss you all! Here are some weight loss tips while you are in school. I thought this might be helpful because most of you have started losing weight this summer but clueless on how you will go though your weight loss plan with your campus’ daily routine.
1. Plan or prepare your own meals. What is hard about losing weight while in school is that you eat whatever is available near you. Consider bringing packed meals so you will still eat on time and you will not settle for fast foods.
2. Go for healthy snacks especially when you are doing your homeworks and projects. Try to substitute peanuts, fruits and yogurts to junk foods.
3. Take Slenda to help you improve your body’s metabolism. Slenda helps your cells burn calories efficiently, so even by doing school tasks that requires physical activities you lose weight.

4. Make use of your campus’ free facilities. Utilize the student gym or borrow campus’ equipments and courts to play sports.
5. If you don’t have much time to go to the gym, put efforts into simple things that you do. Take the stairs than elevator or take a walk rather than going to the nearby building or internet cafe. Your pocket will even say thank you.
7. There will be times that you need to attend social gatherings and parties. Always eat in moderation to avoid extra calories. If you think you have over-eaten make up by giving extra effort in work out.
8. Inform the people around you specially your friends and roommates your intention to lose weight. In that way, they will understand your situation and avoid tempting you.
9. Avoid cramming. Plan and finish your school activities and responsibilities so that your schedule for gym and meal plans will not be affected.

Hi!
I finally exercised my right to vote for the first time.
I know we have different bets on who will lead the country. Whatever the official results will be sana po let’s move forward and do our parts for a better Philippines.

Btw, this week is the last week of PHR – Love Me Again. I have been waiting for this and I am so thankful for all your support.

Hi there!
Okay, so these pictures are a bit late but these are fun and good memories from our first New Year in our new house, so there’s no way it shouldn’t be here in my blog. Haha!
The day before New Year we watched movie and shopped till we drop. After the shopping galore we headed back home for our first Noche Buena. It was also the best time to bond with my siblings and cousins. Sobrang saya namin! You know the feeling when you are with the people you love and love you the most, it was just rejuvenating.

Hi!
Since maaga ang summer and most of us enthusiastically plan about losing weight this season, let me give you weight loss tips to jump start your weight loss agenda.
Weight Loss Tip #1 Commit to Cardio Exercise. If you pick up an activity that you enjoy it will be much easier to stick with it. For fun aerobic dance routine, try Slendance! To avail free Slendance DVD, click here.

How’s everybody’s V day?! Mine was… hmm.. Secret! Haha! I will try to post about that in the coming weeks!
I noticed that most of us cram into looking fabulous on special events such as Valentines Day, summer getaways, and reunions, which is not supposed to be. Ang lagay, Slenda and beautiful lang tayo on that particular night or event. Always be reminded to have and maintain that Slenda figure for each day of our lives.

These simple routine goes a long way for me:
1. I take Slenda 3 times a day, 10 minutes before meals. Slenda has natural ingredients that can help in losing and maintaining our weight.
2. I make sure I take moderate intake of food. No need to skip meals, I just take a healthy delicious meals that is right for me.
3. I do simple aerobic routine and activities at least 2-3 times a week. It can be as simple as jogging, biking or dancing. Try Slendance! It’s a fun way to burn fats
When we got invited to Sinulog Festival in Cebu, relax and more excited na ko rather than pressured in looking slim on that day. Syempre first time ko sa Sinulog Festival and first time ko to meet lots of Cebuanos along the parade kaya I want to look at my best.

To make most of the holiday season last year, I and my closest friends had a quick trip to Cebu. It was long and tiring day but it was packed with so much fun. Edge Coaster and Skywalk Experience are the best talaga.
