Little Goes Along Way Weight Loss Tips and My First Sinulog Festival Experience

How’s everybody’s V day?! Mine was… hmm.. Secret! Haha! I will try to post about that in the coming weeks! ;)

I noticed that most of us cram into looking fabulous on special events such as Valentines Day, summer getaways, and reunions, which is not supposed to be.  Ang lagay, Slenda and beautiful lang tayo on that particular night or event. Always be reminded to have and maintain that Slenda figure for each day of our lives.

These simple routine goes a long way for me:

1. I take Slenda 3 times a day, 10 minutes before meals. Slenda has natural ingredients that can help in losing and maintaining our weight.

2. I make sure I take moderate intake of food. No need to skip meals, I just take a healthy delicious meals that is right for me.

3. I do simple aerobic routine and activities at least 2-3 times a week. It can be as simple as jogging, biking or dancing. Try Slendance! It’s a fun way to burn fats :)

When we got invited to Sinulog Festival in Cebu, relax and more excited na ko rather than pressured in looking slim on that day. Syempre first time ko sa Sinulog Festival and first time ko to meet lots of Cebuanos along the parade kaya I want to look at my best.
