Bakasyon na and that means fun fun fun! Don’t you know that simple summer activities such as going to the theme park, strolling in the mall, playing around with the kids and swimming to beat the heat can promote weight loss? Like when we went to the Ocean Park in HK. I sweat and shed hundreds of calories in an effortless and enjoyable way.

Hi there!
Okay, so these pictures are a bit late but these are fun and good memories from our first New Year in our new house, so there’s no way it shouldn’t be here in my blog. Haha!
The day before New Year we watched movie and shopped till we drop. After the shopping galore we headed back home for our first Noche Buena. It was also the best time to bond with my siblings and cousins. Sobrang saya namin! You know the feeling when you are with the people you love and love you the most, it was just rejuvenating.

Hi!
Since maaga ang summer and most of us enthusiastically plan about losing weight this season, let me give you weight loss tips to jump start your weight loss agenda.
Weight Loss Tip #1 Commit to Cardio Exercise. If you pick up an activity that you enjoy it will be much easier to stick with it. For fun aerobic dance routine, try Slendance! To avail free Slendance DVD, click here.
Weight Loss Tip #2 Keep a diet journal. It gives you an immediate consciousness of your eating habits. While you also write about what you eat, don’t forget to include your feelings, emotions or reactions with each meal. Getting everything in record can help you assess yourself at the end.
Weight Loss Tip #3 Take Slenda 3 times a day. Slenda transforms your fats to energy that you need for work out. It will help you fit in gorgeous swimsuit just right in time for summer.
