Most of my Facebook fans ask me why I still use Slenda even if I’m in good shape na, It was hard to get back into shape after I gave birth, yan ang sabi ko sa recent Slenda TV commercial. Slenda helps me maintain my ideal weight. It blocks accumulation of new fat from the food we take. This means Slenda takes care of the new fat from the food we are about to eat but we need to exercise and still have a healthy diet —-no point abusing our body. It’s been raining a lot lately, I know in my heart that summer is nearly over. Do you know that gloomy feeling when the rain starts to drop the next day after a warm sunny day? Haha.
