Most of my Facebook fans ask me why I still use Slenda even if I’m in good shape na, It was hard to get back into shape after I gave birth, yan ang sabi ko sa recent Slenda TV commercial. Slenda helps me maintain my ideal weight. It blocks accumulation of new fat from the food we take. This means Slenda takes care of the new fat from the food we are about to eat but we need to exercise and still have a healthy diet —-no point abusing our body. With Slenda and a healthy lifestyle we can achieve our ideal weight and will be able to maintain it.

bakit wala ka po ngayon sa wowowee?…may sakit ka po ba?….ok ka namn po sa wowowee kahapon di ba?….val nakabili pala ako kanina ng dyaryo kaw pala ang model ng aquaquest?…ganda nga ng suot mo dun color green.buti na lang pumunta ako sa bayan kanina tapos dumaan ako sa bilihan ng dyaryo nakita ko agad yung mukha mo binili ko agad sarap nga basahin eh…everytime na napunta talaga ako sa bayan lagi ong tinitingnan kong nasa dyaryo ka,..bumibili talaga ako agad hehe..
