Losing weight on Rainy Days! ;)

Since its the rainy season again let’s dig on to the topic we tend forget during this season- losing weight! I became more serious in keeping myself Slenda ever since a new project was given to me, and with this kind of weather loosing weight will be hard.
They say our digestive capability goes down during rainy days and jogging is not so possible because of the tricky weather but let’s not let the rain stop us from achieving our ideal weight. Here’s my plan to maintain my Slenda body this season:
1. I will avoid salty food. Though chips are irresistible during downpour I must put in mind that it promotes water retention and bloating.
2. Since outdoor activities seems impossible I will dwell more on Slendance!
3. “A good body massage aids to decrease bloating by improving bile flow.” I think this is the coolest weight loss tip I’ve searched on the net!
4. I will take Slenda regularly. Slenda has ingredients such as Resveratrol, EGCG, Banaba and Luyang dilaw that helps me burn fat easily. Slenda also keeps me away from constipation.

5. I will eat easy digestible foods and less fried foods. Our digestion slows down during this season.
6. I will have a cup of tea on wonderful rainy day! Ampalaya Plus Tea is the best way to enjoy tea time!
