The heat is on and its time for summer bikinis! I’m so excited to hit the beach this April but before I wear my new pair of bikini I make sure that my body is in bikini shape!
Here’s what I do 2 weeks before the bikini day:
1. I drink lots of water! It hydrates me and the result is a smooth and radiant skin!
2. I eat high-fiber foods and more vegetables salad. I also stay away from oily fried foods. These help me lose few more pounds before my summer outing!
3. I never forget to take Slenda 10 minutes before meals. Slenda transforms my excess fats into energy which I need for work out.

4. I do 30 minutes of aerobics 3x a week! Mostly cycling on day 1, Slendance on day 2 and hitting the gym on day 3.
5. 10-20 squats 2x a week help me shape my body from top to bottom!
6. I also do 20-50 sit ups once a week to work on my abs.
7. Finally, I put on my bikini and have a summer blast!

I’m back! I hope you understand why I can’t blog and answer your comments that much, but thank you for all the loving! Since it is just 4 days before Valentine’s Day I decided to share a few tips on how to stay Slenda this month of love and romance. I’m sure many of us are looking forward to that memorable dinner date with our partners. While it is okay to have fun we must be reminded that we have to look after our weight loss goals.
Here are my personal tips in staying Slenda this Valentine’s day:
1.A Few days before your February 14th date make sure that you practice our Latin or Club Slendance dance moves. This will not just help you burn fats but it will also help you when you hit the dance floor if ever you go clubbing or simply grooving with your partner.

2. During the day eat small healthy meals. Some people starve themselves to prepare for that big night out. More often than not, you end up eating more on dinner at the end, so don not starve yourself.
3. Make sure to take 1 capsule of Slenda everyday 10 minutes before meals. This will help you fit into that gorgeous dress you plan to wear on Saturday night.
4. Request your partner to the type of food your prefer. The trick really is to have a healthy and delicious meal without breaking your diet.
5. Drink red wine instead of beer or soda on Valentine’s day. Red wine has Resveratrol (active ingredient in Slenda) that helps burn fat.
6. If you think you have over-eaten, get right back to your fitness routine the very next day. You can double the intake of Slenda and exercise longer than usual. Remember Slenda works best with regular intake and of exercise of at least 30-45 minutes 3-4 times per week

I got to experience Christmas season with friends and relatives in Texas before finally celebrating it with my most precious love ones here in the Philippines. It was a great experience. Sumptuous meals were prepared. Yum! Before joining them I took a capsule of Slenda.I made sure that I brought Slenda all the time even in my out of town trips.
